Seven Signs You Might Have Sleep Apnea

  • You Are Overweight or Obese. Since sleep apnea can often be caused by excess fatty tissues that become built up in the neck and throat, a person’s body weight can be directly linked to the condition.
  • You Are Often Irritable, Depressed, Or Experience Mood Swings. It’s a fact that lack of sleep affects a person’s mood; and in the case of sleep apnea, the disorders can intensify.
